One of our Investigator's is also the primary interventionist for all sexual assaults committed
on or off campus involving a Villanova University faculty, staff, or students. She is responsible for
obtaining a statement from the victim and informing the victim of her options: being
treated at the hospital, filing a criminal complaint with the Police and/or filing a
complaint with Villanova University's Judicial Affairs Officer or not prosecuting
criminally or Judicially. This investigator also conducts sexual assault presentations for
all the residence halls.
